Trouble purchasing DVC Gold Annual Pass online?

Did anyone else have an impossible time purchasing a Gold AP online? I keep selecting it and putting it in the card but it takes me to a screen saying "your cart is empty"... I have tried on IE and Chrome, from several computers.

I just bought a Gold-AP, and finally had to give up and call MS at DVC. The CM I spoke with, because I asked if I'd missed something when I tried on-line, told me that no, I'd had to call. BTW, I used Safari, I think, I have a Mac computer.
 
I've been trying for over a month (chrome, explorer) & have consistently gotten the same error message as you. I wound up calling to order one AP about 2 weeks ago, and then when the website still wasn't working, another today. :confused3
 

I also had to call. I tried using chrome and firefox, but it wouldn't let me do it. Luckily, when I called MS must have been slow because someone actually picked up without me going into the hold queue. Transaction was very quick.
 
Wonder if something changed. I purchased 2 Gold Annual passes online in September and the transaction went smoothly. They were linked to my magic bands within a few minutes. Used Internet Explorer.
