Trouble posting new threads

I've read on a couple of existing threads this morning that people could not post new threads today - that the button was simply missing. Since I do see it right now (I'm on a PC, maybe it's a mobile version thing??) I thought I would start a thread where we can possibly get to the bottom of it. Any ideas??

We are aware, this was the result of some configuration changes. All should be back to normal,now.
