Trouble making reservation with AAA discount

I am planning to go to Universal 12/21-12/26. I am trying to reserve a room at the Hard Rock but I am having trouble applying the AAA discount. When I try to reserve the room for 12/21 -12/26 with the discount it gives me the rates of 219 for two nights and 269 for 3 nights. However if I reserve the room from 12/21 -12/25 it gives me the rates of 175.20 for two nights and 242.10 for the other two nights. I tried to split it into two reservations but then it says that rooms are not available. The night of the 25th is creating the problems. I don't mind paying a little bit higher for this night but I hate to switch hotels for one night. What should I do in order to get the AAA discount on the 4 nights and pay regular for that last night since I can't do it online?
Is this not possible or do I contact them directly?

I've always found contacting Loews direct to be much more productive & clears up any questions I have. Works better for me, but then again, I'm truly a people person! Try Loews direct (1-800-23LOEWS) or you can also get rate quotes through 1-800-BEASTAR (Universal Vacations). Both can quote you AAA rates & work out the bugs you keep encountering online. I've never had a bad experience talking to those folks over the phone. Hope you have a good experience too. Some people have posted getting good rates from hotelkingdom.com, but I've personally never seen a good rate there for the dates I needed. Good luck!
