Trouble making online dinner reservations?

I booked our trip today, but can't make any dinner reservations! Everytime I log into my account, retrieve my reservation (it's missing again everytime I log in), then go to make my dinner reservations. I pick the reservation I want, then while it's processing it automatically logs me out. Then it asks me to log in again. When I log in again it takes me back to the very beginning, it's a vicious cycle!

Has anyone else had this problem? Or know how to fix it? I already tried changing my internet to save all cookies but it's still not working.

I have this problem too on my laptop, but not on the desktop.
Haven't compared the internet settings yet or tried another browser.
You might want to try Firefox or Safari instead of IE.

Anyone can make online ADRs. You'll just need to do it 180 days from each reservation.

I use Firefox and I have the same problem. I have to log in multiple times and search for my reservations. Or it tells me that I've "been inactive for awhile" (not). I just figured the system is buggy. But it's still better than my creating a spreadsheet like I did the last time we went. ;-)

I have been trying to make reservations the last couple of days, and it has been horrible. The system has tons of bugs and seems not to work half the time. I have tried using different browsers and restarted/shut down my computer multiple times. I don't know what Disney is doing, but it has been a huge headache.

I cleared the cache and installed Mozilla. Everything works great with Mozilla.
Try disabling your virus scanner while you're trying to book your ADRs.

I'm having issues too. It will not retrieve my reservation # for hotel for my 180 + 10. Its the first day I can. Maybe its still too early. But I know I made them this early last year.

As some have surmised, this is a problem with your browser, typically corruption of a persistent cookie. It happens all the time with secure systems.
