Trouble making adrs help needed!

Today is our 180 days out but I can't seem to make dinning reservations it's not showing my +10 and when I try to search dinning it just says we are unable to search dinning reservations at this time. I've tried ringing to book them but says that their offices are closed at this time.
I've never made adrs before as only stayed off site before. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a certain time that I have to wait till to be able to book them online or by phone?

You can only do it from 11am so you have around half hour

It's up now. Any issues try signing in via a pc and select my itinerary then the date and book dining. Only doing it this way did my 10 days open up.

Got all of mine so far but need to ring up to book planet Hollywood as it's not given me the option online

I had trouble doing mine online too. My 180 days was on Tues & no matter which eat round I did it on the website it wouldn't show my +10. I rang in the end & got everything I wanted & next time will def just ring!

We are on the first Virgin flight out of gatwick We are staying at SSR, first for us, had a great deal so thought it was worth a try. Did you manage to get them all online? I got everything within an hour of my preferred time apart from t-rex so cant grumble

T Rex releases very limited times through the Disney Dining booking system, usually off peak up to around 5pm and after 9pm. If you ring them direct they will book the time you want!

We booked direct with trex too. They take your surname as booking ref. Then you just pay using ddp when you're there

I tried to book a character breakfast at Ohana's and encountered two problems; 1) I had to book a table for two because I couldn't book a table for one and 2) It required a mobile phone number but it wouldn't accept it when I typed it in! (Also my phone is a Nokia N95 which I already know isn't US compatable, so I was thinking of changing it nearer the time).

I noticed further up there is a phone number I can ring. Is it better just to do that rather than trying to do it online

You can use your UK number to book, but swap out the first 0 for 44.

So instead of 07771234567 it would be 447771234567.

Excellent, I'll try that. What do i need to do about the fact that my adr booking has to be for two people when there is only me going. Any advice on that score

Just book for 2 and tell them when you check in there is only you.

I have booked tables for 4 before when we were a party of 3 and just told them when we have arrived - it's no problem reducing size by 1

take out the 44 for example 7711222333 ... needs to be 10 digits x

Okay I've managed to do it, by inputting my mobile phone number into my profile on MDE, it entered it for me when i did my ADR's

Have now successfully booked a breakfast at Ohana's and a dinner at Whispering Canyon

Great stuff

It takes some persevering but you got there in the end. People were raving about Ohana on our last trip!
