Trouble Logging On?

Anyone having trouble getting the log in screen to load? It keeps saying that the page cannot be displayed. Usually restarting this fixes the issue.

Any thoughts?

they have just done an upgrade to VMK and must have been working on it for over a week because that is why I never bought any more hats this week end!

It was taking me anywhere from 30-45 minutes to load between each character for the last weeK!

Now I just logged in and the screen has changed! So I knew it they have upgraded.

Try refresh.

F5 is a function key (F1-F12) on PCs that is used to refresh the window in Internet Explorer (other browsers?). For most error messages in VMK you just hit F5 to refresh the window. This saves you from having to log back on or closing/opening the window.

Everytime I hit log on to get to the screen to enter my member name and password, i get the page cannot be displayed white window. It is still happening!

Hmm weird maybe you should consider contacting VMK? Because my VMK is alive and well lol
