trouble linking tickets

making progress. linked DVC rental and hoop-dee-doo res to my account, personalized our magic bands. only problem is an error when I enter my confirmation number for my tickets to link them to my account.
I cant do fastpasses till I get the tickets linked

ERROR
"this reservation is already linked or cannot be claimed online by the confirmation number"

I was going to wait a day to see if anything changes, if not I guess I'll call
(407) 939-4357..?? is there a toll free #?

I've really had no problem with Hotels [2] showing fine and all my dining shows up but I linked both hubby and my tickets and it only shows me. I have confirmation sheets showing that his was linked but it doesn't show. I guess I will have to call because I would think I wouldn't be able to do FP+ for him if it's not showing. Also I have Magical Express but it doesn't show either.

Have you got the actual tickets? Or just a voucher? I have read previosuly that voucher numbers cannot be used to link tickets (unless they are AP vouchers). If actual tickets, make sure you are not mixing up '0' and 'O' in the confirmation number.
