Trouble getting my photos!

So, in addition to bringing two SLRs to WDW this past week, I sprung for MemoryMaker on a whim after a particularly awesome meet and greet with Buzz on my first day. All week my photos from rides and PP have been showing up on the phone app, and they're still there, as well as the iPad app, but not when I log in to MDE and select PhotoPass. It claims I have zero photos available! Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong here? It's a lot of photos so downloading them one by one on the iDevices is not preferred. I'm also not sure if the app downloads the full resolution versions or not.

Does anyone have an idea?

You mentioned that you purchased Memory Maker while your trip was already underway. I think there is supposed to be a two to three day delay before you are able to see your photos after you make the purchase. Maybe, the photos haven't made it to the MDE side of things. But, it doesn't really seem like that would be the explanation since you can see them on other devices. My other thought is that you may not be waiting long enough when you log in to MDE. When I first login, it shows 0 photos. The number changes afterward.
