Trouble connecting w i phine

Is anyone having trouble connecting to DCL on an i phone? We can get to the view cruise stage and then nothing. This is on both my wife’s and my phone. On my laptop it works fine
Have tried in different locations with both wi fi connected and not connected and still the same result

Same. Freezes every time. Even if I go to menu and then plan a cruise. I tried with and without sort selections. I even notice my phone get hot like it is working big going no where. Only happens on DCL site. Everything else I search is good.

I never could get the onboard DCL website to work on my iphone on the Wish. Guest Services couldn't get it to work either so they loaned me a Zebra device to use instead.

Mine has been fine so far.. the only time I had trouble is when everyone was on check in day. Then it was crashing and timing out, but I just tried again and everything is loading fine.

For the website - Planning a Cruise - I go through Duck Duck Go and it works. So with me it must be a Safari/Google/iOS thing? DuckDuckGo is a browser or you can just to to the dot.com and not download it, just to give it a try. Haven't sailed yet so not sure how the Ship App will work. Will report back.
