Trouble confirming Skyauction Silver Lake reservation

First time to WDW. Won a SL 2 BR auction for $349 on Wed for Aug 16-23, 2013. Got email document next day from SA confirming date and time of booking etc and a phone number for RCI to call if need further assistance.

Today (Sat), I called RCI just to dbl check - but they can't find any of my info on their system. Called SL front desk - but they said to call back Monday - their reservation desk is closed on weekend.

Should I be concerned? Is there another number I should call to confirm?

Has anyone had a a problem checking in when they arrived at SL?

BTW many thx to Dawn, BonnieA, Spicycat and others whose previous responses on this board (I research heavily) gave me the confidence to bid SA as a total newbie who didn't even know how many theme parks WDW has a week ago.. This board and the participants are awesome.

I don't think you need to be concerned. I recently bought a week on SA and it took a few days to receive confirmation. Then, several days after receiving confirmation, I received an email with a certificate from RCI to present at check-in. Our trip is Aug.11!!!

I have bought vacation certificates from SA in the past and have never had any issues with our reservations/ check-in.

That company has been around for years. They also rent reservations on ebay. Never had a problem.
