Trouble claiming prize...HELP!!

My DH finished the Yeti Game on VMK and won a free picture at AK. When we went to print the coupon an error message appeared and we couldn't print the coupon. Is there someone I could call??

We go to WDW in three weeks so we would love the free picture!!

Maybe it was a printer problem, try another computer if you can.

Wouldn't we have to complete the game all over again? That is what I am trying to avoid.

Perhaps calling or messaging the company might help. I'm not sure who though.

You might try to check your history. If you actually connected to the prize page you may find it there. (this message is being brought to by someone who in no way claims to be an expert! )

Is Internet Explorer your default browser? If not you will have to reset it so you can print the coupon. Start IE and select Tools, Internet Options. Select the Programs tab and click on 'Reset Web Settings'. Now Double click My Computer, Program Files, Disney and then YetiVision. There should be a file in that directory named photoprize.htm. Double click on that and your coupon should show up in IE. You could also search for photoprize.htm and click the result. Let me know if you have any problems or questions.

Thanks, Stephen! That was very helpful to me since I had a similar problem today. I logged in with my username and password to get the free photo certificate and nothing popped up. Now when I log in, it tells me I already received the certificate - wrong! But I don't know what to do about it... As soon as my son is off that computer tonight, I'm going to try what you said - maybe I'll get lucky!

Edit: Didn't realize someone posted this already. But if it helps and makes things simpler, for most computers if you copy C:\Program Files\Disney\YetiVision\photoprize.htm into IE, it should open. If not, it will be under Program Files, Disney, Yeti Vision then a photoprize.htm , as said before.
