Trouble Adding Room Request to Online Check-in

Hi,

We are 6 days out from our trip yay, and I did the online check-in today for Pop. I submitted all of the details, and checked the box for 50's building. The check-in went through, but a red message came up saying that they cannot accept my requests or occasions at this time. Anyone know why this would be? We did book through a TA, is it easier for her to call and verbally add the requests?

The best way to add a request is to call and have it added to your reservation. Many reports on the DIS about not being able to add them during online check in.

Thanks! I will do that. I'm not that picky with the room, so it's not a huge deal, more of a preference I seem to have so many issues with the website!
