Trouble Accessing Ressie on DCL site

I booked directly with Disney Cruise Line by phone about a 5 weeks ago. I was able to access my booking on the internet site without any problems. However for about the past 2 weeks I have been unable to access my reservation on the DCL site.

It comes up "Oops" and a statement about problems with the site. Anyone else having this problem accessing their reservation/booking. I double checked my reservation # and I am using the correct one.

I just like to check the reservation out every now and then especially when I'm having a bad day at work, (which is too often recently) it gives me something to look forward to.

Seems they have been making some changes to the DCL website..you might want to email them and ask why you can no longer see your reservation..they may not even be aware that something is wrong with that section.

I may be wrong but I think you can only access ressies that you actually booked ON LINE at DCL's website.

We booked our last cruise directly with DCL by phone, and we could check it online. So unless that has changed....

My current ressie is through DU, so I cannot check it at the DCL website, just through the DU website.

Stupid me. Just realized I've been entering my ressie # with one digit off. Told you its been tough at work lately.
Sorry.
But yes, you can access your booking on the DCL site if you book directly with them by phone or online. After I got my act straightened out and entered the REAL number, my ressie came right up.

You can access ressies when using DVC points too!

Yeah you can actually see when the payment is due by DVC!!! LOL!! Even though we pay with points, you can see what the cash value is!! Got the ressie # right out of the DVC ressie confirmation.

That IS new. We couldn't access our DVC reservation last year. That's cool!
