Tropicana or Camelot Hotel?

Hi all!

I need some input! I've narrowed down our choices to either the Tropicana or the Camelot hotels. We're a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 13, 10 and 7. I've looked on TripAdvisor and a couple of other sites for reviews, but need help from the experts! Any advice is appreciated!

I've stayed at the Tropicana 3 times. The location is tremendous since it's a very short walk from the resort. I know nothing about the pools, kids amenities, et all because I tend to spend all my time in the parks.

The Camelot is a little further north on Harbor. Basic w/gift shop and 4th floor swimming pool. (fireworks)

I've only stayed at the Trop, it's nice and the pool is huge. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice sized and the cleaning staff is great.

Good choice!! I wanted to add that the hot tub is HUGE too....much bigger then most hot tubs in the area. Also, ask to be in a room on the right side of the parking lot (looking towards the parks from the pool area), ask for a room on the second floor, they have interior doors/corridors on that side only. It's the 2 story side, the 3 story side and all the bottom level rooms open onto the parking lot.
