We just got home from a magical week in Disneyland!
Stayed at the Tropicana Inn and Suites.
Here are my thoughts.

We liked it. The rooms were very clean and in decent shape. Beds and blankets and pillows were very comfy.
The wifi worked good.
The maid left us extra towels when we left a note asking for some.
Pool was clean and good. In the Parking Lot, but still decent.
The Market Cove store was great. Slightly expensive, but had yummy muffins and snacks. The Pizza Place had really good pizza too!
Has another small gift shop on site too, along with the Cove. The Cove has outdoor seating which was nice to have a coffee and muffin and people watch (my husband did it every morning while waiting for us to get ready lol)
Very close to the Park entrance. Very close to McDonalds, Ihop, Tony Romas and Dennys too.
We checked in early, at noon. Our room wasn't ready, but they let us store our luggage in a locked room, so we could go to the parks. (We used the bathroom to change and fix ourselves up!)
Valet Parking for $10 a day was totally worth it. They were quick and efficient.
We watched Fireworks from the 3rd floor one night, was a good view.

We have stayed at a few on Harbour, and I would rate them
1. Tropicana
2. Camelot
3. Desert Inn

Thats great to hear. We have just booked a stay here in September.

Thanks for sharing your review! We are staying there in October for the first time.

The Tropicana is our new go to place to stay. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and close to the parks.

They offer 10% off for repeat guests as well. Just ask for the discount at booking time.

Thanks! We check in this Saturday. We are trying out the Disney executive suites. Glad to hear this is a good hotel, we have never been there. Getting excited!

thanks for the review!

We are staying there for the first time during our dec trip!

My family was debating between the Tropicana and the Camelot for our trip. We decided on the Camelot. I was just wondering what you found the to be the difference between the two.

Moonwolf - for me, Tropicana was just a smidge closer to the parks and I had read a positive review on a previous thread. I don't have any personal experience with Camelot. I would have stayed at BWPPI as I have stayed there before with good results, but they were booked for my dates.

Thank you for your review! We are staying over Thanksgiving week and decided on the Tropicana because of the proximity to the parks since we will have a toddler with us this trip!

We've stayed there twice and are booked for next week. It is our favorite place. Close to entrance and several restaurants.

Thanks!
We check in on the 20th . Can't wait.

My son is requesting to stay here when we go next year and hearing such a great review (especially from another Albertan) has definitely sold me on it!
