So I know that there are 2 lines one for dole whips and one for food. i know the dole whip line is first how do u bypass the dole whip line to get to the food line without everyone thinking your cutting. And this is walk up only right?

I believe it is walk-up only.
I don’t know if there are two lines. I usually just stay in the same line with everyone until it’s my turn at the dole whip counter then I walk past it to the food counter.
