Sigh...the same thing happened with Ratatouille and Star Wars. The AP events were held during blackout periods

I can see it now! Between March 13th and April 1st, be one of the first to ride our newest attraction "TRON Lightcycle Run". For $40 you can purchase a VIP Lightening Lane to be one of the first to enter the grid. Valid park admission and theme park reservation required.....

I got my reservation about 3 hours ago, now. Still no email. I do have a screenshot of the confirmation page so I am sure all is well.

For GotG preview, we never got any confirmation email. The only reason I remembered the date and time was because I put it in our calendar. Park reservation got loaded a few days prior just fine and we were able to get checked in and ride without any problems, but didn't get any email even up to the day of our turn about it.

Neither did I and with Disney I've learned to screenshot everything....

Try doing it from a browser on your phone. Sounds like your app is wonky.

That's actually incredibly long. The D23 event sold out in 2-3 minutes. The Guardians AP one went much faster than this.
