Someone refresh my memory...wasn't Chef Mickeys located in Downtown Disney in the early 90's? I could have swore we ate there ,I think it is now called Cap'n Jack's. Correct if I'm wrong. :earsboy:

ding ding ding...we have awinner..not sure what is there now... and i think it might have been at maybe the golf resort(????) before that( thought i remember going to chef mickeys or someplace very similar to it someplace other than dtd)

Chef Mickey's shared a building with 24 Carats, a fine jewelry shop. The buiding was torn down and the RFC was constructed in its place. Also, it was menu service and the only Character there was Chef Mickey.

yep ate there 1 time and we were the only ones in the entire place!

Actually the Empress Lilly had 3 excellent restaurants--Fishermans Deck, Steermans Quarters, and the Empress Room. Dined at all 3 and had good food and service each time.
And to think they replaced all that with Fultons :sad1: :sad1:

And should add that we ate at the "old" Chef Mickeys too. MUCH better than that poor effort they have now. But of course, as Figment said, the only character WAS Chef Mickey.
