We had a very enjoyable 4-day cruise earlier this month, the report for which you can find at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=699937.
But I wanted to report that I found Triton's disappointing. We had the TAPT rotation and so ate at Triton's twice. BOTH times my entree was a disaster! It's probably just my bad luck, but here are the details.
The first night I ordered the braised lamb shank. It arrived in an inedible state, badly overcooked, dried out, and tough as shoe leather. I almost never send a dish back, but I had to ask for a replacement.
The last night ("Master Chef") I ordered the Seafood Linguini Pasta. It turned out to be nothing but naked boiled/broiled seafood dumped on naked spaghetti. No preparation, no sauce, no spices, no nothing. I order seafood pasta dishes frequently and this was the first time I've seen this approach! It was the worst seafood pasta dish I've had in a long time. At least they could have opened a jar of Prego or something.
A major disappointment, especially as a so-called "Master Chef" dish!
The appetizers and desserts were fine, but in general nothing special. I thought our meal at Animator's Palate was better.
Our service was excellent all around; my only problem is with the kitchen.
The best meals of the cruise (in order) were Palo Dinner, Palo Champagne Brunch, Embarkation Buffet at Parrot Cay, Lunch at Cookie's on Castaway Cay

I know that you will get different opinions in the same dining room on the same cruise though.
