Tripsta - any experience of them?

I've just found flights via Skyscanner sold by Tripsta. Virgin direct economy for £600 less than the Virgin Atlantic website. Does anyone know if they are safe to book with please?

beware of service fees ...
those will be added at time of payment and you may not even pay attention (like so many customers who got caught )

Eww thanks. I've read some horrible reviews now too. Think I'll just pay to book with a more reliable source.
