hello all you creative people out there.. I am so need of help.. I have been reading all the thread i can find on creative ways to do things..
we are going to disney in November for their birthday so naturally i asked what kind of party did they want they all scream DISNEY..
i am in need to decoration, games and so on this is what i have so far. some of them thanks to the DISers:
Food: hot dog bar: chili, cheese, onion, tomato, cucumber relish ketchup mustard and celery salt rice krispie sushi jello fish bowls cookies that say eat me cups that say drink me, dipped pretzel rods?!?! never made them.. instead of pop call it Yoda soda.
Decorations: get the castle and put it on the wall peter pan's shadow, make my doors into monster inc doors a the rabbit hole, streamers get my lap top for the slide show of last year pictures with disney music in the background hang aladdin and dumbo from my fan?!?! lights in my breezeway to make it twinkle? NEED MORE!!! this is supposed to be MAGICAL!!!
Games: a TON of mickey heads from Menards (paint samples) for the hidden mickey have a jumpy, safari hunt (animal kingdom) dollar store animals to hide.
plan on shopping and making most of the decorations this weekend. I have a three day weekend. then probably take next friday off to either cook and clean the house. Decorate the house friday night?>!?
what else?!?!?! i have a lot of space for lots of decorations. this may be my last themed party with the kiddos turning 8 next year i REALLY want to do this up.. i PROMISE to post pictures!!!!!!!!!
by the way... the Triplets are Meghan (all over princess) Zack and Matt into anything that is fun..2 boys and 1 girl and all over this Disney trip.. thinking about separating the food as "WORLDS"??
