TripAdvisor-Disney Colorado

I know there were rumors floating around a few years back about DVC possibly going into Colorado.

On a completely unrelated search of TripAdvisor, I was starting to type "Walt Disney World" into the search engine and under the list of suggestions pops up a Walt Disney parks & resort in Castle Rock Colorado. There is no info on the page, but I found it odd that it would show up if this resort does not exist. There is an address for the "resort." Does Disney just own the property?

I highly doubt Disney is doing anything at that address. I live in Castle Rock, CO and can literallly see that location from my house (and no, I can't see Russia from my house ). It is in a very exclusive, gated, golf community call Castle Pines. You need upwards of $1 million to begin to get into that community. It is a residential community. My guess...a tripadvisor ooops? We love Castle Rock but there's no way Disney's doing anything of substance in this area. Although I'd sure love it if Disney did something up in the hills at one of the ski areas!
