Trip to Disney next week?

We are thinking of making a last minute trip next week (Thursday to Monday). btw, this would be ours and our kids' first trip there. We expect they'll be wowed by it all anyway so we're not concerned if we miss some things because of the last minute nature. Although of course I want to make it the best trip possible!

Any suggestions as to the best way to book? Online direct with Disney it says that booking must be 10 days prior, so we'd have to phone. Is it a better deal to book hotel/tickets separate from or together with Eurostar? Direct? Through an agent? We were thinking of staying either at Cheyenne or Santa Fe.

I would appreciate any help! I have been reading this board feverishly tonight and found loads of helpful information.

I would phone Disney direct to book your holiday. Have a look at this thread

Only comment I can make is go for the Cheyenne I think its much nicer.

The last 3 times we have stayed at the Holiday Inn. We have an annual pass, but you can just buy your tickets at the park entrance. This has worked out cheaper for us, but if want to spend the money, stay closer at the Disney hotels where you get charcters in the morning & it is easier to nip back during the day. The Disneyland Hotel is lovely, but expensive.

I heard many more positive comments about the Cheyenne (though there is nothing 'wrong' with the Santa Fe). You are vististing at a busy time of the weeks (it can be VERY busy on the weekends) so please be pre-warned of queues for rides and make the most of the FastPass facilities on the bigger and more popular rides.

You could price up your accommodation and Eurostar online, and then when you ring up Disney see what they charge for the two
