Trip to Aulani in May

Hello All, I gave been away for quite a while. I am legally blind and was starting to have too hard of a time doing it on my phone but I'm hoping now that I have a tablet I will be able to have a little bit easier time.
I am excited because I have my 1st trip to Aulani in may with one of my children and their family and then in July back to Disney after 2 years.
I have sent 2 of my grandchildren on honeymoons to Aulani but have never gone myself.
Are There any "must do's" that I should make sure that we do not miss? Thank you In advance, happy to be back
