Trip Report Question - Need Help BEFORE I Post!

I have been typing up my trip report in Word, and it is huge!!! I am looking at probably 8 pages + before all is said and done. Is that OK to post? I have seen some long write-ups, but I think this one would take the cake. Advice? Webmasters? Readers? Please let me know. Thanks.

I've seen long posts on the Trip Reports board. Many people will make a separate post for each day of the trip. You might want to post over there and just post a link on the DVC Community Board if you want DVCers to find the reports.

I agree about posting on the trip board - but I would suggest maybe posting a highlight of the DVC portion here and then a link to the whole thing.

Personally, if I have to scroll my mouse more than a couple of times to read a post, I don't read the whole thing. Not that I don't care! Just that I would spend my whole life reading these boards if I did.

Often, as a courtesy, posters will end the title of their post with the word "LONG" so that people can choose whether or not to deal with it. Personally, I enjoy the longer trip reports so long as they have interesting stories to tell.
