Trip Report or How I Survived WDW on 4 Hours of Sleep...

Well, it seems like only yesterday that I unpacked from Walt Disney World. Oh wait, it was only yesterday. It has been a whirlwind of excitement around our house and I have just barely begun to recover. I did manage to find a few minutes to write a brief trip report of my adventures at Walt Disney World. It is appropriately named

Walt Disney World for the Sleep Deprived and the Insane

I did want to thank everyone for all of your time and efforts to make this trip memorabe for Trina and I. It was indeed magical. It is an adventure neither of us will soon forget.

Great trip report.....you forgot to mention the fact that boat driver on the Jungle Cruise seriously considered swimming for it during at least one point in the ride... You could see it in his face.... I don't think he liked me very much...sniff

sorry to have missed the dance but I was a bit late for the club show. We had to do the wave there during both shows that we saw to show our appreciation for the people on stage... They were just like Ohhhh look the Pin Freaks are excited to see us....

I don't think the scream was that loud but you could have heard a pin drop for a few secs...LOL

We made the trip just to met you guys. We were not scheduled to go down in August. But I will tell you this much it was worth it and I will never forget it. Your friends John59 and Shirley38

I don't know how you did all of that running around in that heat. I would have been a total sweatball.

And this is the first that I heard that you and Lauri got the Continuing the Tradition pins! How cool is that!

To top it off, you head straight to a ballgame!

Let me know exactly what cereal it was that you ate. I need an energy boost.

For those of you who have now met "Saint" Trina . . .

I am sure you will completely agree . . .

There is no one less likely to lose her lunch or snort drinks through her nose in public.

No matter what the circumstance, she was perfectly turned out, not a hair out of place, everything under control. Trina is the epitome of what my grandmother meant when she called someone a "lady."

You make it sound like I am married to June Cleaver. She didn't actually lose her lunch, she just nearly misplaced it for a few seconds. I have a sneaking suspicion that once Trina gets wind of my comments and my trip report, I am going to wake up one morning with a huge bruise on one arm where I was mysteriously popped in the dead of the night.

And for the record Regina, I am a Lucky Charms and Frosted Mini Wheats kind of guy. They are magically delicious you know.

Jeff, we really enjoyed meeting you down in WDW and we also enjoyed your trip report! I am glad to hear that you had such a good time down there and got to experience so many things. You will never get much sleep in WDW. Sleep you can do later.

After watching Obi-Wan(der) around Walt Disney World in the cool autumn air sweating like a pig, I suddenly realized how they did that scene in Star Wars where Darth Vader swung his light saber through Obi-Wan. They just told the old Jedi master to think about Orlando in August and he melted like Frosty the Snowman.

Hey, I'll admit it ... there was the time I took my lanyard off and had a nice V-shaped sweat stain on the front of my shirt. Lauri told me she didn't know my fingernails could sweat.

Regina, is this the sweatball picture you were talking about?

Let me guess, Mr. AZ DrippyJ .... it's not the heat, it's the humidity. Or is that just puddles of joy coming out of your shirt?

On the other hand, Lauri was cold at times ... although I did see her sweat for the first time in a while.
