Thanks for sharing! I love days like that! We have had at least one on our last 2 trips. Hoping for one on our next trip down from Oregon in November.

I just emailed guest services to tell them about my positive experiences. I will share what they say.

Someone called me from Disney, but I missed it and they left a voicemail. She said if I wanted to talk to her I could call her back, but she assured me that they would be passing along the email to the correct department so that the CM could be recognized for going above and beyond. That's all I could ask for, so I don't feel the need to call her back.
