Trip report:BCV and AKL (short)

Just got back from BCV(5 nights/1 bedroom) and AKL (1 night). Enjoyed our stay tremendously although it was crowded. Thanksgiving Dinner was at the Dolphin as everything else was booked. The 5 nights at BVC were gret and I found the room to be clean and in good repair. I did not appreciate others leaving trash in the hall when the trash room is right down the hall. We did see some maintenance work going on. Our room was 246 and as I stated everything was shipshape.

Spent the last night at AKL. It was wonderful, too and is wonderfully themed! On thursday and friday nights, the resort was at 99.3% capacity so things have really picked up at the World apparently as we had trouble getting reservations for Thanksgiving. If anyone has any questions just let me know.

What were the busiest days you encountered in the parks? We are planning Thanksgiving 2005.

Thanks for the report. We were at BCV the week before you and didn't happen to encounter any trash in the halls. I don't know what people could be thinking to do such a thing. Last summer we did see one room where people just dumped their pool towels outside their doors!

Along the same lines on both our summer and November trips, I noticed a couple rooms where guests left the patio or balcony door wide open! Just imagine the critters that could fly or crawl in while the door is open. I wonder if that's how they live at home?

Anyway sounds like you enjoyed your stay. I'll have to look it up but I believe we had that room this summer?! I loved it!

the busiest days seemed to be sunday - magic kingdom (what was I thinking?) and MOnday at Animal Kingdom on both those days it was magic hours at the respective parks.
