Trip report..9/26-10/2

Well, I promised all of my friends on the community board that I'd post a trip report.
Unfortunatly, this won't be much of one. I am VERY UPSET because My family & I were sick for most of the trip. There really wasn't any magic. I suffer from Migraines & was stuck in the room for 3 of the seven days. Then, for the last two days I got the flu. So did my mom & my sister. I should have my dad or husband write this report. They had a wonderful time.

Here is a quick overall review...
We didn't wait any longer than 15 min. for anything!!!
It was dead there. I can't get over how SLOW it was!!!
We walked on 3 times at Rn'R and twice on TOT and that was on a weekend!

Pooh ride was 45 min wait so we used a fast pass.
Walt's exhibit in MGM was WONDERFUL!! We spent over an hour in there! Aladdins carpet ride was FUN!!! It was better than I thought it would be. I liked the jewels in the pavement.
I noticed a lot of security W/ radios in the park as well as the bag checkers as you walked in.

There were tons of flags all over main street in the MK. I thought that was a nice touch!
We saw all the new parades except the one in AK . They were FABOOOOO!

Sorry this isn't a great report. I'm still sick & disappointed that we all had such a rotten time!
The weather was hitting record lows for the time we were there so we only swam once!! It was warmer once we got back to Jersey!!

I'm so sorry illness ruined your trip. My dh had a migraine one day during a trip down there. He spent the day in the first aid station while we went and had fun. We couldnt get him back to the resort so he stayed there. I hope your next trip will be much better.

You must be so disappointed! I had a similar experience on our honeymoon--I love thrill rides and had waited a lifetime to ride Space Mountain. Well, it gave me such a migraine that I could barely do anything else at Magic Kingdom and that was our only day there. Hopefully you'll have a chance to make up for it soon.
