We are finally home and it was a great trip. We were worried about leaving due to a storm. We ended up with great weather for the week but as the week ended JEAN came back!!!! We had to stay an extra day due to the storm, and coming from NJ it was an experience.

As for a report I can't remember the days but here are the tips that worked great for us!!!

Sept- Great time to go no long lines longest wait maybe 15-20 minutes used the fast pass at the MK but never any place else

AK the Safari is a must and so is the Lion King Show, Its a bugs life.... Ohhh make sure that you check the times really well for all the shows they change daily and we missed some due to our poor reading skills.

Do not miss any of the 3-D shows that are a trip.... how they do the things that they do are amazing!!!!

Typhoon Lagoon was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old. Pleanty to do... they will give you life jackets at no charge. You can pack a cooler and bring it in as long as you have no glass. Sorry that I did not have the water camera. Did not want to chance it with the digital. You can get one at your local store before you leave.

If you want good seats for fireworks and parades have someone in your group get a bench or seat at least 45 minutes to an hour before.

Stayed at the Sheraton Vistana.... requested the Casades and got it... learned that the check in days that you have depend on the area of the resort that you will be placed. Each area has rooms assigned to the check in day.

Pack the water and snacks they came in handy and the CM at any stand will give you a cup of ice water that you can fill your bottle with.

The food at the park can be expensive but thanks to the DIS I tried the tip about ordering the double cheeseburger and the extra bun.... for just .79. Split the burger with the boys and the fries.... DW and I shared a large drink with each meal... hey we saved about 5/7$$ each meal that way.

Pack the wipes and small plastic bags with you never know when you may need them.

Extra shirt for each of you if you want to refresh before you go to eat or your nightly adventure.

OHHHH the stroller rental is a must.... DS 4 and 6. We were in the MK for just about an hour and had to go get one. Did the 6 day double rental. It came to 83/85 for the 6 days this was with the 10% discount for multiple days. Then you get disney dollars at the end of your rental for the amount of days that you rent... I got 6 dollars and gave it to the kids.

Did grocery shopping at the Publix on 535 just past the I-4 overpass. There is another by the crossroads, worked out well and stayed away from the WalMart thanks to the tip from the DIS that they are really packed!!!

Off property eating

The Vistana is on 535 between Downtown Disney and the I-4

Best Eats---

Orlando Ale House on 535
Bahama Breeze on 535
Landry's was good on 535 as well but $$$$$ But they did let us split with no extra charge

Wishes cruise was ok had a bad night rain and clouds would bot spend the $$$ again

Fantasmic Dinner @ Mama Mel Rosa was perfect.... not to much 3 adults and 2 kids under 75$$. Then no wait to see the show just had the ticket, like a fast pass. They reserve a section for the guest that use the package. Keep in mind that it is along walk. You enter from behind the Gas Station by the main gate and have a long long walk to the arena. But it is worth it!!!!

Rain gear is a must in FLa so get the poncho at your local Dollar Store, Walmart or Target. They are $10 at the park.

There are discount souveneir (sp) shops on 535 and they are worth the stop. Key chains, mugs, tshirts ect for a good price. Hey all those people that you need to buy for sometimes can add up.

Well thanks to the DIS I hope that I have helped others as it helped me. We are planning oour next trip already and I have learned about SKYAUCTION.COM as well and that might be the way to go next time.
