Just wanted to post a quick report about our wonderful trip to Universal Studios over the Labor Day weekend. We were a little concerned about the crowds before our departure, but we were pleasantly surprised that they were not bad at all. First off, we were walking into the park and I began to talk with one of the employees about Fast Pass. To my surprise she pulled us to the side and said let me help you out (my husband had a knee brace on from a recent injury). She pulled out a business card and began to write on it. She handed it to us and said have a nice day and departed. The card stated please provide express access to all rides and shows and was from Deborah Buynak, Manager - ride and show operations. (LUCKY US!!!!) This definitely made our trip since we were staying off site. (Wyndham Orlando) We walked on all rides for two days and were able to leave the parks around 1:00 each day before it got to hot and crowded. We rode Kong twice and on our last ride we were in the very front of the tram. I certainly hate to see this ride go.
