Trip Report 1/12/06

Hi, everyone! Still no Internet at home, so I'm at the computer at the library. My sister, Christine, and I, decided to visit DL and DCA on January 12 and, being after the holidays, it was fabulous! No crowds, no long lines for rides, it was absolutely beautiful that day. We did California Screamin' twice in a row as well as Space Mountain. The longest wait for a ride was Peter Pan, which was 15 minutes. But, that's not bad at all! Everything else was on and off and on again! A very great day. I'm in a hurry, so I won't be able to give a report by detail. I do, however, have some pictures to share. Enjoy!

The new "Mikey and Sulley to the Rescue" ride at Disney's California Adventure. It's based on the movie, of course, and it's sooooo adorable! I love that Sorcerer Mickey fountain, too.

I had to stop and get this picture. I was having a Mickey Mouse withdrawal when the parks were so crazy during the holidays. I was happy to see him...and in true California-style no less!

I had to get this picture, seeing as Christine was wearing her Cheshire Cat shirt.

Cute pictures! Thanks for the report. It's good to hear crowds are low. We'll be there Sunday & Monday for the first time- was figuring crowds should be good, but not sure.

My daughter is really looking forward to the Monsters Inc. ride!
