Trip planning advice for the Happiest Celebration (crowds)

I haven't been during the Celebration yet but i want to be able to hit everything. Mostly i want to know if anything is different as far as crowds.

The only thing I noticed was a difference in crowd traffic patterns at Epcot because of Soarin'. It took a lot of traffic away from Mission:Space and Test Track. But we were there right after Soarin' opened, maybe it's different now.
