Trip plan. What do you think???

Here is our itinerary. What do you all think?

We will be at Pop Century.......In April

23rd - We will arrive and do nothing. Maybe go to Downtown Disney or DisneyQuest or go to the pool

24th - Animal Kingdom - open 9 to 6 and there is morning emh for us so 8-6

25th - Epoct - 9-7 and 11-9 and there is morning emh for us so 8-7

26th - MGM - 9-7

27th - MK - 9-11pm with morning emh for us so 8am-11pm

28th - Leaving for home.

My dining plan will be under the Disney Restaurants area.

Are you planning on taking any breaks during the day? The only thing I might do is schedule in a couple of mid afternoon pool breaks, otherwise looks good.

It appears you won't be doing any hopping. What happens if you fall in love with a particular ride or attraction? For example, you ride EE on the 24th and love it so much that by the 26th when you're at MGM all you can think about is EE? Don't know if that's a good example because I don't know if EE will be open, but the point I'm trying to make is I hope you get to hop a little.
