Okay, so, I’d love some feedback/tips/advice on our plans. Two of us only, staying at POFQ for 14 nights in November. Coming from U.K. Will have a vehicle. Hoping to get a DAS pass. Using touring plans for current estimated park close times. Have hopper tickets.
Thurs 9 - late afternoon arrival, drive to get some groceries (which store is best? It will be for breakfast goods plus water plus suncream and toiletries. Recently heard that Walmart has been dodgy??). QS dinner on property and grab resort mugs.
Fri 10 - MK AM. Will be jet lagged so likely rope drop. Hoping for Sleepy Hollow waffle for breakfast. Might do CHH for lunch before heading back to the resort early afternoon to nap. HS afternoon/evening with QS/snacks.
Sat 11 - Early Epcot, French bakery breakfast, bash out some rides, then Food & Wine. PM nap then MK late afternoon/evening with QS dinner.
Sun 12 - early HS, Oga’s for a drink, QS or snacks for lunch and then PM nap, followed by Epcot evening and more F&W
Mon 13 - AK early entry then head to Boma for a later breakfast, maybe back to AK, then resort for chill/nap. MVMCP afternoon/evening with QS dinner.
Tues 14 - Uber to Poly and do Kona Cafe for breakfast as I want to try the Tonga Toast. Then MK. Afternoon nap break. PM: AK which closes at 8, followed by a late Sanaa dinner (how late can I book?)
Wed 15 - was going to do AM Epcot but I’m in two minds and maybe will suggest resort hopping (to where?) for a breakfast. PM: HS and Savii’s workshop and hopefully Woody’s Roundup BBQ
Thurs 16 - AK early entry, QS lunch, nap break. Boat to Disney Springs for shopping and Homecomin and Gideon’s and Salt & Straw!
Fri 17 - Vineyard Outlets/possible resort hopping AM, Epcot PM and considering Space 220 lounge and then Boardwalk/Beaches and Cream sundae
Sat 18 - HS early, QS, nap PM, then AK which closes at 8 followed by Jiko’s if we can get a later sitting.
Sun 19 - Disney Springs, hoping to book for Cirque as we have free tickets, maybe Boathouse lunch, take Earl sandwiches back for early dinner and then hit MK until 11 closing.
Mon 20 - AK early, Satuli Canteen, chill and nap afternoon, Epcot PM (closes at 9) and hoping to get a late Le Cellier booking.
Tues 21 - HS early entry, nap and chill PM, MK afternoon/evening with QS/snacks
Wed 22 - HS early again, nap and chill later, MK PM again (realised this is a repeat of the day before and therefore not likely a good idea!). Was considering Liberty Tree Tavern on one of these days.
Thurs: possible early AK morning, then airport from PM. Home!
Any other suggestions or modifications, things we can do? Writing it out, it seems like there are a lot of repeats. I haven’t been since 2018 and the person I’m going with hasn’t been for a good 15 or more years. We are both early birds but also really love nighttime Disney, hence the break in the busy lunch period of the day.
I was tempted to head to universal for a day, mostly for Harry (I’m not a huge fan of all the screen rides at universal as I get vertigo, though travel sickness pills keep me on my feet - I’ve been before, and you wouldn’t get me on Hulk or the other big coasters but my co-traveller loves them) but the tickets are SO expensive. Thoughts?
My likes: spooks, classic Disney, Disney villains, Chip n Dale, Nightmare Before Christmas, Christmas!
His likes: Steamboat Willy, Star Wars, Christmas!
We both are foodies.
Thanks in advance!
