Trip Itineraries are just tricky without EE info!!

I have these beautiful itineraries shaping up. Planning is just the joy of my life (lol, but it's true), and I'm loving every minute of this (except getting jilted out of FW because they ran out of AP codes, but I'm adjusting to my move to POR). So now I'm revamping some restaurant plans (pending PS arrangements) and all I can think of is that EE can wreck everything, if we don't have all our PSing for breakfast at the right resorts, for instance (we'll have 2 PSings for breakfast in the week we're there, if I get them, at CRT and CP).

I wish I could find out the EE ahead...what's the big mystery? I wish they'd inform guests a few weeks ahead of time.

Obsessive-compulsing to death here,

Kris

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. EE = Early Entry, right? the dates are available now

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/earlyentry.htm

Sunday Magic Kingdom
Monday Disney's Animal Kingdom
Tuesday Disney-MGM Studios
Wednesday Epcot
Thursday Magic Kingdom
Friday Disney's Animal Kingdom
Saturday Disney-MGM Studios

they never changed - it's a fixed pattern that they follow.

Even if that's not what you mean - I think it might be a good idea to relax :teeth: it's a vacation :earsgirl: I don't understand "EE can wreck everything, if we don't have all our PSing for breakfast at the right resorts, for instance" what do you mean - make PSs for meals you want to try - which resort they are at isn't a big deal - unless transport is the issue - but both meals you mention are in Magic Kingdom not in a resort, so that doesn't really make sense either.

Sorry - not sure if I've helped or not - lol

Well, I feel foolish! (and yet, excited!) I didn't realize they were available, thank you!

I meant parks, not resorts about the PSing...I guess I was just saying that if there was EE at MGM and we were over at MK having a character breakfast, we'd miss out on EE.

You're right, I need to relax. I don't feel that uptight about it, but I definitely feel obsessed, and I really, really like a tidy itinerary (even if we don't stick to it, which I don't make us, I've never get spoiled a trip by saying "This isn't in the plan!!").

Thank you!

Kris

From what I've read, it's often more crowded at parks on their EE days than on regular hour days. I've planned to avoid the EE parks. Perhaps I'm mistaken in my understanding of this.

Also, from what I've read, I think you'll be doing good to get a CRT PS on any of your dates so I wouldn't stress too much if it's not on EE day at MK.

I'm trying for that any day I can get it...all my 7a.m. mornings are coming up (not a lot of fun for me, since I'm about to start my afternoon shifts (5 p.m. to 3 a.m.).....bleary eyes, here I come!

No need to feel foolish - I know how you feel. I am currently obsessing over my resort (POR), Mansions or Bayou (decided on Mansions) - then which mansion, which room - etc etc, then I think , you know it really doesn't matter - we will have a great trip no matter which room we are in.
Then I hear they are giving out free fridges, and I think, oh boy, must phone up and request that free fridge - but I can#t get through, so I start to panic, but my DH points out that we were going to go to Walmart and buy a cheap electric cooler - so we can still do that if we don't get the free fridge. I think sometimes on theDis you get so much information that it's possible to really overdose on it.

As for EE - we are another family that avoid EE days - but I know some people love them, I guess it just depends on if you are a real early bird or not. I have heard the best thing to do is start at the EE park and then hop somewhere else when it starts to get busy.

Another thought - if you do breakfast on an EE day, then you will miss out on the short lines as you will be eating, so it would be better to eat on a different day, wouldn't it?

We always take advantage of EE days, stay in that park until lunch (usually around 11:30) and then move to another park. It has worked great for us!
