How are you planning to surprise your kids? Are you waiting until day-of to tell them or what?

We have a fake trip planned - lots of driving, very unexciting boring places to visit. My husband lived in a little town south of WDW when he was 10, and we are telling the kids that he wants to go back and revisit some of the places he remembers there.

We are going to take 429 instead of I-4 to get to Disney and hope that we actually get on property before they realize where we are really going.
