This is a weird situation so I need your help!

I am going to WDW in March with three friends for spring break. The first night we are staying at Pop Century. For the next five days we are going to be at BCV. Here are the issues-

1) When do I tell the front desk at POP that my luggage needs to be brought to BCV the next day? We are heading to MK in the morning from POP and going to BCV after the day at MK. I've never checked into a hotel myself before so I don't want to look stupid and do something wrong.

2) My friend's dad is the one who booked the night at POP and he did it on Travelocity. The reservation says single occupancy. ?! Also, it is my friend's name on the POP reservation but it is my name on the BCV reservation. Will this be a problem with luggage transport?

3) For my stay at BCV, I rented points. I have a paper confirmation with my name on it and a reservation number. Other than ID, what else do I need to check in?

You can let them know at the front desk at PC when you check in that you'll be checking out the next morning and transferring to the BCV's. In the morning before you leave the resort, call bell services and let them know you will need your luggage sent over to BCV's and they will come pick it up and take care of everything for you. It's as easy as that.

The luggage usually arrives at the resort you are transferring to by 3pm when check-in time starts so as long as you arrive to check in later in the afternoon, you shouldn't have any problems. Just tell them when you have bell services come to get your stuff that the ressie for BCV's is in your name

The only thing you will need at check in at BCV's is your photo-I.D. and your confirmation #. You may want to have the member you rented the points from call Member services before you leave just to confirm that everything is in place but you shouldn't have any problems. As for the travelocity booking-- you may want to call them to confirm as well or call CRO at 1-407-W-Disney and see if they can confirm it. Just to put your mind at ease.
