We are one week away from leaving, but I have yet to receive anything regarding our Magical Express reservation. Should I do something or be concerned?

Try calling 1-866 599-0951. This is the DME number.

I registered through DVC online & received my documentation within a week. If you haven't gotten anything yet definitely call them. How long ago did you register?

Call the DME phone number and make sure everyone in your party using DME is on the reservation with them. Get a confirmation number, name, date and time. You shouldn't have a problem.
