"Had" other plans. I was stuck in the POR check in line. I got to the lobby promptly at 7:00AM and when I left, the line was past Boatwrights.

I'm feeling your pain there, s'latey, trust me. You'll see.

WTH??!!changing names on us. I just got to know everyone.

The add on. It's a disease. DH and I have it, too. We added an extra night at the end of December. Then an extra to get us to Jacksonville on the way down (you know, in order to get us to WDW at a reasonable hour ). Now I'm thinking that JAX ressie should be moved to Friday and we should go another day early.

Ahhh...the add-on-itis...Get's me every time... I've made several attempts to avoid it...it's a sickness

A 9 day trip turns into 11; An 8 day trip turns into 11; A 7 day trip turns into 11 (hmmm...what is it about 11 days with me??)...heck...a 2 day trip turned into 6...

Now my thoughts are turning to January...how can I possibly LEAVE WDW on a FRIDAY when there's still 2 more days of fun available to have???

Holy shizzle! I didn't know ANY of that. I had no idea you had a whole four days planned after Lapupalooza weekend. Wait, or did I? Did you mention that on Lapu night? Some of the detail are fuzzy.... GEE, I wonder why?

I have to give you and LL props, my Lapu Fest '08 reunion tour has gone from 7 nights/8 days to 9 nights/10days and flying the red-eye, which essentially gives me an extra day!

Living so near by definitely makes the whole thing easier, as far as planning.

Sadly, the itch is particularly adept at making its ideas seem sane and logical. The results, however, almost never are.

WHAT? Allow my luggage to be in the control of someone else? Never! No, I just pack a small bag for the first night and leave the rest in the car for the next day. Works great!
