I am thinking of renting DVC points for the first time and DW thinks we should get TI, which i agree with. Never having done it before, is it something where i can get my DVC ressie first and paid? and THEN contract a third party TI company and purchase it?

If yes to that, how would i get the airfare covered since we won't be buying plane tix for many more months?
