Does anyone know if we can trip insurance through an outside company if we book room only? We're military so we have to buy our park tickets separately from our room reservations, which means we can't get trip ins through DU.

You can buy trip insurance from an insurer for any trip. If you're flying, you might check to see whether they have a good price on trip insurance associated with the flights you buy (the coverage extends to other parts of your trip/travel). You can also go to www.insuremytrip.com and price different companies' policies. Make sure you read the policy exclusions, etc. to make sure you have coverage for what you need.
