I have no idea if this is an okay place to put this but since it would really crush my budget if we had issues I would ask yall(and you guys are so smart...I have learned so much from you all :worship: ).
Where is the best place to get trip insurance? We are planning a trip for Sept 12-19 and I purchased our airline tickets in mid January:banana:. I googled trip insurance and picked Travelguard randomly and the quote for $77 seemed like a good deal with pretty good coverage but I have no idea if they are a good company to go through. Who have you used and how much did it cost? Were they easy to work with if you needed to make a claim? Any information would be great. Thanks :goodvibes

You definately made the right decision!! I think that is the company we chose last year. We also chose it randomly from a list at Insuremytrip.com. We travelled with my sister and her family. They ended up having a medical emergency on the last day. They had an ER visit at Cape Canaveral as well as on the ship. Our travel insurance reimbursed them EVERYTHING they paid within a week of them filing the paperwork. They said the paperwork was extensive, but worth it! The company wants to see everything to make sure it's a legitimate claim.

I will never go without travel insurance again!!!!
