Trip insurance?

The last time we went to Disney, we just used the travel insurance they offer in their packages.

Typically though I like to use insuremytrip.com as they compare the top 19 travel insurance companies so you can shop for just what you need. When we travel to the islands, mexico and overseas, I always look for a higher medical evacuation insurance.

Good Luck!

I have used insuremytrip dot com as well.

I will say though, that you should know what you want first.
To me, pre existant condition waiver was very important. Some companies will allow that to be purchased until you make final payment or even after ( at a premium) ....SO, it is important to understand what you are paying for (without that waiver you can be denied for many reasons, including but not limited to someone that was sick X amount of days before the trip and treated. The carriers do a "look back period")
Anyway, it can become complicated, so research what you think you'll need and be sure to cover your entire trip (not those parts NOT covered, like under SW airlines you'd get your $ back, so covering (air) that which would be denied is a waste of your money)
Good Luck....hope this helped :wizard:

I've found that Travel Guard (the insurance company that Disney uses) offers the best price and coverage.

I used insuremytrip.com for our cruise this past August. I enjoyed being able to compare multiple plans, just make sure you read the fine print. I think on one of our earliest Disney trips we got their offered insurance but haven't bothered since then.
