Do you have to purchace the trip insurance through WDW , when booking a vaction online in order to get a full refund in the event you may have to cancel your vacation?

I went through insuremytrip.com on the net. Has great ratings and is cheaper than Disney. My travel agent did'nt even recommend Disney for the higher price. Check it out.
