Trip Insurance Question

I am going to WDW Sept 23 - Oct 03. I am staying 1 night at Pop and the rest at POR. IF I was interested in purchasing trip insurance, would I have to purchase insurance for both stays since it is a split stay. I have 2 reservations booked.

We booked through AAA with a split stay and only had to purchase trip insurance once for the length of our stay. Hope this helps.
