Trip Insurance for DVC Renting?

I have done a ton of research & the only thing that has me worried about renting points is the lack of trip cancellation - well w/o geting a refund.

Has anyone used something like Travel Guard or another trip insurance? This way I could not worry if something w/ work or family comes up anytime between now & my trip (may 08).

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Travel Guard offers insurance to DVC members for their reservations. However, they only reimburse $5 per point. I have not heard of any insurance specifically for those who rent.
