trip in November

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on taking a trip in November. We are planning on going the week of Thanksgiving. People have told me that it might be too cold to go then.
Do you know anything about the water parks?

i don't know the answer to your questions, but we'll be there in november too and are planning on variable weather, based on what i've read. i believe that the water parks are open, at least one of them, and we plan to swim, since the resort pools are heated. we were there this past february and swam when we could almost see our breath at night, lol! anything beats ohio in february!

You're right about the weather, it can be quite unpredictable. It might be quite warm, or it could be downright chilly. The best thing to do is pack a little bit of everything.

Generally one of the water parks closes for refurbishment, but if it's warm enough, you can certainly go to the other.

Thanksgiving week can be quite crowded, so you'll definitely want to plan on taking advantage of early mornings and fastpass whenever possible. With a little bit of pre-planning, it can be quite manageable.

We went this past Thanksgiving. We arrived late on Friday and left the Friday after Thanks. The weather was very comfortable but some days were cool. My kids swam almost every day but we used the resort pool. We were at the BCV and they enjoyed SAB it just didn't seem worth the effort to go to a water park. At the beginning of the trip we wanted to get all the park stuff in because we knew the crowds would get worse as the week went on. We were hoping to fit the water park in on Wed. but we stayed at the pool!
