Trip Booked! June 3-9. YAY!Recommendations?

So happy! Booked our trip from June 3-9th.
We were thinking of doing LA in the weekend and thinking of doing
Monday-Disneyland and Tuesday- Disney California. What do you think? or should I switch the days.
What days are better for Disneyland during the week?
What are you favorite restaurants? We are going for the first time and visiting from Florida.

If you are staying off-site, do the schedule you have. If you are staying on-site, then switch to DCA on Monday at DLR on Tuesday to take advantage of early entry.

Dining:

DL: A meal at Blue Bayou for its uniqueness in DL!

DCA: Taking a break for a drink at Carthay Lounge (classic cocktails, appetizers) or Alfresco Tasting Terrace (wine, wine flights, appetizers). (I just haven't fallen in love with any restaurants in DCA like I have in DL, but the drinks are good!)

We are staying off site at the Marriott Anaheim. We are planning to do
The on and off bus plus a Warner bros tour and also hit a beach.
