Trip booked and MB customization questions!!

YAY! I have my trip booked. Three nights, Feb 5-8. Super excited.

But I have some questions about the Magic Bands. I live in Canada so I see that I won't get them sent to me, but they will be available upon check-in. I also see that I can customize them, and I'd really like to choose colours, but I can't see where or how. On my Magic Bands page it just says

Magic Band Order
Quantity:4

And then it has my Resort Reservation information. There is a button that says confirm shipping address, which I did, but I don't see anywhere to customize!

Is this not an option for me?!

I did that already (more than once! LOL). It's not working Maybe in a few days.... fingers crossed!

Now it says "we were unable to confirm your shipping address". Probably because I'm in Canada. I dunno, I just want to pick my colour so damn bad hahaha.

We're in Canada and I had the same problem - I just clicked "change address" - I didn't actually change anything, I just hit "save" after, and then I could customize my bands.
